Homer, Chief Executive and Permanent Secretary of HMRC** about the latter impliedly not doing a
sactisfactory job of the impossible job of implementing & enforcing the incomprehensible, unenforcable, (thankfully) loophole-riddled*** tax code that Mrs Hodge and & her colleagues absurdly invented in the first place.
If I hadn't seen democracy before, I'd say it's mad and impossible. Now I'll just say it's mad.
#then again, if the enforcers were to have that kind of eyes, it may be worth considering...
