It's in the eye, somewhere; (plus: sin seen on skin?)

I can confirm now the old truth (I think it is an old truth, isn't it?) that the worst visible effect of sin is on the eyes.

By the way, I'm sure the incidence of sin would be slashed by, say, half if it showed on your skin (or maybe it does*?)

*I wonder which way the lobbying of the cosmetics multinationals would go if there was any chance of conntecting the two more clearly: would they be lobbying like hell in very high places for sins not to be seen on the skin (fearing that people would repent, reform and thus easily get their looks right) or the other way round (counting on our lethal and costly - and at the same time profitable for others - attachment to sin?)

Regardless of what they'd do and irrespective of their influence (if any) on the final decision, the anti-globalists would be spreading it on thick via leaflets and stuff on YouTube assuring us that Heaven is in the pocket of Procter&Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive and Dr Irena Eris.
