The poignant mixture of beauty and loss -
the breath-taking loose tribe of young women reading away their fairy-tale moment, dissipating their prolific years with impressive profusion of underdeveloped papers that should be aborted in the first place (but the marks have secured a grant), internalising stiff male ideas that set them on a peer-(but-not-elders)approved course that will - the department next door has done relevant research - soon lead to some serious sense-of-life-threatening cognitive dissonance in them...
...but those beauties can't understand the writing on the campus wall - they're too busy reinterpreting, deconstructing, contextualising it. So they conscientiously - the way girls are - keep on listening to barren lectures about life, instead of publishing it -
